30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Essenlace pendant. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

CONDITIONS:
→ Item must be unused and in its original packaging
→ Felt pads that have been used cannot be returned (hygiene reasons)
→ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
→ Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

HOW TO RETURN:
1. Email us at contact@essenlace.com with your order number
2. We'll send you the return instructions
3. Ship the item back to us
4. Receive your refund once we confirm the return

EXCHANGES:
Want a different color? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost (you only pay return shipping).

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
